Dominic Calvert-Lewin continued his excellent scoring form with two goals as Everton came back to victory in a thrilling encounter with Fulham

Richarlison made an immediate impact on his return from a three-game suspension by providing the center for Calvert-Lewin to regroup after just 42 seconds

In a dramatic game, Bobby Decordova-Reid equalized for the hosts with a clean right-footed finish before England striker Calvert-Lewin topped the Premier League scorers chart with his 10th in the season on the center of Lucas Digne

French left-back Digne provided another pass before half-time, this time for Abdoulaye Doucoure to go home without a challenge for Everton’s third – and his first since joining Watford

Fulham missed his third penalty of the season when Ivan Cavaleiro soared in the second half after Ben Godfrey’s foul on Ruben Loftus-Cheek

Loftus-Cheek’s deflected arrival via Ademola Lookman’s pass set up a grandstand finish, but that wasn’t enough to prevent Fulham from slipping into a seventh loss in nine games

It was a lot harder than it should have been for Everton – so much so that their players greeted the final whistle with obvious relief

After taking a 3-1 lead, they were left behind as they left a lifeline to Fulham before eventually clinching a first win for seven weeks to revive their campaign

After a series of difficult results, there were plenty of positives for Carlo Ancelotti to return to Merseyside

Alex Iwobi struggled to find a regular spot on the side but was dynamic in South West London

With Brazilian forward Richarlison keen to make up for lost time in his first club game since October 17 and Digne providing some quality assists, Everton have dominated Fulham for extended periods

But Ancelotti will be annoyed that his side have failed to keep a clean sheet in the league since opening weekend, with Tom Cairney’s pass dividing the defense for Decordova-Reid to score before Loftus-Cheek scores moments after Fulham’s last penalty kick place

With a difficult December that includes games against Chelsea, Leicester, Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United, Everton’s season is at least back on track

After a poor start to life in the Premier League, there have been signs that Fulham could take a turn after a hard-earned point against Sheffield United and a win over West Brom

They relinquished possession for the visitors’ opening goal, failed to score Doucoure who made it 3-1 and suffered another failure on the spot

In their previous game, Lookman missed a Panenka penalty with the last kick of the game against West Ham

While Aleksandar Mitrovic had also missed out on the spot this season, Portuguese striker Cavaleiro stepped forward to take responsibility after Godfrey’s foul – and quickly sent him over the bar with his team trailing 3-1

Although substitute Loftus-Cheek managed to pull out a goal, Fulham couldn’t find an equalizer and must now face intimidating matches at Leicester and Manchester City before hosting Liverpool on December 12

Fulham has more than a week to prepare for their next Premier League game at Leicester on November 30 (5.30pm GMT), while Everton will host Leeds at Goodison Park on Saturday (5.30pm)
