The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air isn’t finished with his royal announcements for 2020. There’s a reboot and a reunion on the way, but Will Smith is ready to queue up the theme song and welcome fans to Bel-Air with his latest nostalgic newsflash.

Pack your bags because the famous mansion from the hit ‘90s show is set up to be a fresh listing on Airbnb.

In honor of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’s 30th anniversary, Smith is rolling out yet another celebratory surprise. He’s partnered with Airbnb to offer fans the chance to stay in the Banks’ family home.

Imagine pretending you’re pulling into the driveway for the first time with a sense of excitement and humor as if you’re cousin Will. That’s what Smith is going for with this experience.

According to a press release from Airbnb, “The familiar residence is just as fly as it was when ‘The Fresh Prince’ called it home.  Bold graffiti art, posh interiors, timeless family portraits, and Philly cheesesteaks served on silver platters will transport guests to the lap of luxury — auntie and uncle not included.

Guests can rock an outfit from Will’s closet, hang out at the pool, spin records, and sleep in the prince’s room — all in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Of course, there are rules in place for potential guests and unfortunately, Philly residents are ineligible. Bookings at this luxurious abode are open to Los Angeles County residents for one-night stays. A maximum of two people are allowed for each stay.

Reservations open up on Sept. 29 at 11 a.m. PST and five dates will be available: Oct. 2, Oct. 5, Oct. 8, Oct. 11, and Oct. 14 for only $30 per night. $30! At that magical hour, fans should hit this link to submit their booking request.

Per the press release, visitors will stay in Will’s section of the house with access to the dining room, pool lounge, and more. This is not a contest but guests will have to provide proof of residency and live in the same household. COVID-19 regulations are in place for all bookings including enhanced sanitization and cleaning procedures.

For those who can’t rest their heads in the Fresh Prince’s bed, Airbnb is hosting a virtual party with DJ Jazzy Jeff who will be teaching music lovers around the world how to scratch. Save the date for Oct. 1 for the special event and reserve a spot here.

With the HBO Max reunion special lined up, this Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Airbnb gig is the icing on the cake for some fans. Will Smith’s Instagram comments lit up with fire emojis and jokes about throwing Jazz out. Some are eager to try and book so they can have the opportunity to dance up to the doorway.

Fans are in for another treat this Thanksgiving when the 30-year anniversary special hits HBO Max. The show celebrated the milestone on Sept 10 and the TV event will feature past cast members, including OG Aunt Viv, Janet Hubert.
